On the advice of a cardiologist . . .

I ate this dish last night in Annecy, France. It is a traditional
Savoyard dish called tartiflette. Potatoes, onions, bacon, cream,
butter, and an entire round of Reblochon cheese. Definitely a heart
attack on a plate, but what a way to go, eh?
